Analyst, Foreign & Domestic Immigration
About The Position
Administration Group Transocean is focused on being the employer of choice for the drilling industry and on improving company performance through technological advances and passion for its work. The Analyst, Foreign & Domestic Immigration assists Transocean employees and contractors with immigration and visa-related processes by providing administrative and coordination support. The role supports the preparation, collection, and tracking of immigration and visa documentation so applications are completed accurately and submitted on time. The Analyst works with employees, external service providers, and internal stakeholders while developing knowledge of foreign and domestic immigration programs and requirements. The position works under the guidance of more experienced team members and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Requirements
- At least three years of foreign and domestic immigration experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and international visa and immigration requirements.
- Some college education required.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five years of foreign and domestic immigration experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, collection, review, and organization of immigration and visa documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor case timelines and deadlines and notify appropriate parties of upcoming actions or required documentation.
- Coordinate the receipt, preparation, shipment, and tracking of immigration-related documents to support timely processing and compliance with immigration requirements.
- Maintain immigration case files, records, and tracking systems in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
