About The Position

As a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst, you will develop and implement financial management strategies to support client's FMS projects. This involves collaborating with project management, schedulers, task leads, and vendors to create actionable plans for securing necessary funding. You will also learn and apply relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure well-formed requirements. Once funding is secured, you will track its efficient use through consistent communication with project management, schedulers, and task leads, ultimately helping to fuel Security Cooperation engagements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a financial analyst supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, including managing financial spend plans
Experience executing FMS funding in Navy ERP
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Completion of an International Security Course such as DISAM or DSCU International Programs Security Requirements Course

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW)
