About The Position

Supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs by assisting case managers and program managers in analyzing, managing, and executing FMS casework in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and acquisition guidance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Arms Export Control Act
• Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)
• Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition policy guidance
• Ability to analyze and manage FMS casework

Responsibilities

• Supports the efforts and actions of Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads for FMS programs
• Assists in analyzing FMS casework
• Assists in managing FMS casework
• Supports execution of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act
• Supports execution of FMS casework in accordance with the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)
• Supports execution of FMS casework in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
• Supports execution of FMS casework in accordance with applicable DoD acquisition policy guidance
