As a Processor in our Foreclosure department, you will provide support to our attorneys as they represent mortgage servicers in civil action related to recovering their collateral. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential functions: All Teams: Input data, update websites, and perform status inquiries. Maintain information related to specific team documents. Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in foreclosure process. Answer phone calls from prospective purchasers and or borrowers or lenders Any clerical duties as assigned Input Team: Download referrals from various client websites and assign case numbers Run conflict checks and request any existing files Setup new referrals in case management software Schedule foreclosure hearing dates Assist in maintaining calendar of hearings and sales Submit check requests Packages Team: Interpret title results Draft complaints for foreclosure, certain related orders and motions Sales Team: Figure bids and prepare reports of sale for Attorney/Paralegal’s to conduct sale. Prepare postponements Reschedule Sales. Provide Sale results to clients/lenders Status Team: Monitor lender requests, calculating figures, and meeting all deadlines related to these requests Ensure files are complete with all legal documents. Work as liaison between the mortgage company and the homeowners Address and properly handle any issues that may arise with a file when brought to the attention of the Firm Any employee of the foreclosure department may be cross-trained and expected to fulfil responsibilities of any team at any time based on business need.
