As a Foreclosure Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting foreclosure operations by handling administrative and clerical tasks that ensure cases move forward efficiently. Requirements

  • 0–3 years of office, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in legal, mortgage, real estate, or accounting environments
  • Basic understanding of the foreclosure process

Responsibilities

  • Request and review quotes through client systems
  • Answer inbound calls from borrowers, lenders, and other parties with professionalism
  • Draft and send reinstatement and payoff quotes
  • Prepare and manage correspondence related to foreclosure matters
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper files
  • Support general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Employees may be cross-trained across teams, offering opportunities to learn new skills and expand knowledge within the foreclosure process.
