About The Position
Ontario Auto Ranch Ford in Fruitland is looking for experienced Ford technicians who are ready for a better long-term opportunity. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for technicians with at least 2 years of dealership or structured shop experience who can step into a productive, professional environment and contribute immediately. We continue to invest heavily in our service department, technician support systems, and shop equipment. We maintain strong customer-pay workflow and are committed to creating an environment where productive technicians can thrive. At Ontario Auto Ranch Ford, we understand that experienced technicians want more than promises. They want a place where they can stay busy, earn strong money, and still enjoy life outside the shop.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair ability
- Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
