About The Position

Requirements
- Xtime and CDK experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Ford vehicles and service processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and concerns.
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with both customers and service technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repair costs, and timelines.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain service recommendations to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Collaborate with the service team to meet and exceed departmental goals.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer required training.
