About The Position
Dick Smith Ford is looking for an experienced Ford-experienced dealership Service Advisor to join their elite team. This position is essential for their fast-paced Service Drive. The role requires individuals who can provide world-class customer service. The potential income for this position is $6000 - $9000 per month. In this position, you will identify problems with automobiles, gather information about warranties and provisions for service coverage, and draft orders for repairs. Your job will be to advise customers on available parts and service options when their vehicles need repairs. You will develop extensive product knowledge and serve all customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance. They offer in-house training and support, as well as competitive compensation.
Requirements
- Two or more years of dealership Service Advisor experience required
- Must have a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing
- Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
- Have a desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

Responsibilities
- Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for appropriate service
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
- Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
- Sells additional needed services
- Sets and manages the expectations for service delivery for both the customers and mechanics
- Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Performs other duties as assigned
