About The Position

Norris Ford is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join their team in Dundalk, MD. This dynamic, fast-paced role involves welcoming and supporting customers, assisting with shop operations, and ensuring exceptional client care. The ideal candidate will be familiar with CDK and possess basic mechanical concepts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• CDK experience required/preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of automotive/mechanical systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with dealership standards
• Schedule service appointments; prepare accurate repair estimates
• Advise customers on manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs
• Accurately document repair and service orders in CDK
• Provide timely updates on repair status, estimates, and pickup times
• Build relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
