About The Position

Troy Ford is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join its high-volume service team. The role is suited to a Ford-certified technician or someone with strong dealership experience from another franchise. The technician will perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, including work involving advanced vehicle technology. The position offers consistent workflow, high flat-rate earning potential, factory training, and opportunities for career development and advancement within Troy Ford and Lithia & Driveway.

Requirements

• Previous automotive technician experience.
• At least 2 years of Ford or domestic vehicle experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Team-first attitude.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications and/or Ford certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately identify mechanical concerns.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
