About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Footwear Associate at its West Location in Great Falls, Montana. The role supports the overall customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, recommending products, stocking and merchandising footwear, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. Prior footwear department experience is considered ideal. The position requires availability for scheduled shifts during store hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling must be flexible based on business needs. Work involves spending 100% of the time on your feet and using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks. Physical demands include lifting and carrying loads of 0–15 pounds continuously, 15–30 pounds frequently, and 30–55 pounds occasionally, and team-lifting anything over 55 pounds.
