About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Footwear Associate for its West Location in Great Falls, Montana. The associate contributes to the overall customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, keeping the department clean and organized, and safeguarding company assets. Ideal candidates have prior experience in footwear departments. The role requires availability for all scheduled shifts within store hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling flexibility is required based on business needs. The work involves continuous time on your feet and lifting and carrying merchandise at varying weights.

Ability to spend 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
Availability for scheduled shifts within store business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.
