Barista Associate (West Location)
About The Position
North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, Montana, is hiring a full-time Barista Associate for its West Location. The role contributes to the overall customer experience by providing outstanding service, maintaining consistent products, generating sales, keeping the department clean and organized, and safeguarding company assets. The employer seeks authentic, enthusiastic people who enjoy the Northwest lifestyle and believe in service before self. Previous barista and cashier experience is a plus, and previous barista and food-handling experience is required. The position requires availability for scheduled shifts during business hours of Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.

- Previous barista and food-handling experience is required.

- Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques.
- Physical ability to lift and carry 0–15 lbs. continuously, 15–30 lbs. frequently, and 30–55 lbs. occasionally; team lift anything over 55 lbs.
- Ability to spend 100% of work time on one's feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts within the stated business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.
