About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Clothing Associate at its West Location in Great Falls, Montana. The associate contributes to the overall customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising clothing, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. The ideal candidate has merchandising experience and product knowledge. The position requires availability for scheduled shifts during business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling must be flexible to meet business needs. The role involves spending all work time on your feet, using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks, and lifting and carrying items of varying weights.

Ability to spend 100% of work time on your feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
Availability for scheduled shifts during stated business hours, including weekends and certain holidays.
