About The Position

Twin Valley Co-op is hiring a Food Store Manager for their store in Russell, Manitoba. Requirements

Strong technical knowledge and experience
Strong customer service skills
Demonstrated supervisory and delegation experience
At least 3 years of previous food retail experience
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and support to all grocery & fresh departments.
Provide top notch customer service satisfaction.
Organize, direct and co-ordinate the operations of food store
Ensuring merchandising, product and facility image are at the highest standards.
Responsible for accounting and reporting procedures as required.
To achieve budgets and financial goals for the membership.
