About The Position
As a Food Services Specialist, you help ensure residents receive meals that align with prescribed dietary needs and personal preferences, supporting a safe and respectful home-like setting. You will prepare meals and maintain documentation for menus approved by the facility dietitian, post menus for resident awareness, and store and label food items correctly. You will also follow physician orders for special/modified diets and accommodate known or diagnosed food allergies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- ServSafe certification (required; may be obtained after hire)
Nice To Haves
- 3 years of similar experience
- C.N.A. background
