Requirements

Must have training and/or experience in food preparation and service.
Must be able to work collaboratively with other staff.
Must be able to operate cash register and computerized “power lunch” program.
Must be able to read instructions, have mathematical ability to add and subtract, work with money.
Ability to lift maximum of 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Servsafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform food preparation, service and clean up tasks; snack bar, salad bar, food preparation, baking, cooking
Operate “Power Lunch” as required.
Perform set-up activities; assemble recipe/menu items, wash and cut fruits and vegetables, slice breads and meats, etc.
Perform servicing activities; fill line-serving units, measure and monitor quantities.
Cook; bake breads and desserts, steam vegetables, bake meats, etc
Operate equipment
Assist in any food service area
