Food Services Associate I - Evening Shift

About The Position

This position is full-time, evening shift. The hours are 12:30pm until 9:00pm. Team member will be required to work rotating weekends and holidays. This position is eligible for shift pay differentials. The role is responsible for preparing, plating, serving, and transporting food and supplies to provide a high level of satisfaction for patients, family members, physicians, team members, and the public. This includes timely, accurate, and courteous service, as well as associated sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety. The associate will operate a variety of food service and computer equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is preferred.
No experience is required.
Ability to operate kitchen equipment.
Must be able to wear protective equipment/clothing such as gowns, gloves, goggles, rubber-soled closed-toe footwear.
Ability to climb ladders.
Requires reaching, standing for long periods of time, squatting, bending, carrying and/or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 35 lbs. or more, up to 80% of the time.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred.
