About The Position

The Food Service Worker works in a local school kitchen or cafeteria. The role supports meal preparation and service, sanitation, compliance with food safety and health regulations, and inventory and cost monitoring. The position is with The Nutrition Group, a food service management company founded in 1975 that serves clients across seven states.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain required clearances and pass criminal background checks.
• Positive and consistent work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, which may include standing for long periods, sitting, pushing, pulling, lifting up to and in excess of 40 pounds, and walking.
