Requirements

• Required certification or licensure: ANSI-accredited Texas Food Handler course, ANSI-accredited Food Manager course, or Certified Food Manager certification from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a patient-feeding food service establishment.
