About The Position
Chino Valley Medical Center, a 112-bed community hospital and member of Prime Healthcare, is hiring a Food Service Worker for its Dietary department. The role performs a variety of patient and non-patient food service duties, including preparing and delivering patient trays, supporting the cafeteria and tray line, stocking storage areas, preparing nourishments, and cleaning dishes, pots, and work areas. The position is full-time with a variable shift.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be kept current.
- County-specific requirement applies.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver patient trays.
- Service the cafeteria and work on the tray line.
- Stock storage areas.
- Prepare nourishments.
- Wash dishes and pots.
- Mop and sweep floors and empty trash.
- Perform other related food service tasks.
