About The Position
The Food Service Worker performs a variety of patient and non-patient food service duties, including preparing and delivering patient trays, servicing the cafeteria, working on the tray line, stocking storage areas, preparing nourishments, washing dishes and pots, mopping and sweeping floors, and emptying trash. The role also performs other related tasks.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be maintained as current.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for the stated county-specific requirement beginning July 1, 2017.
