About The Position

The Food Service Worker prepares, presents, and serves food as needed at Freshens at Western Washington University. The role includes preparing ingredients, handling and storing food safely, maintaining clean work areas and equipment, and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner. The position is part-time, with shifts that may vary and are intended to accommodate the student’s schedule; further details are discussed during the interview. Experience is not required, and training is provided. The fixed pay rate is $19.13 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until openings are filled.
