FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (FULL AND PART TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Healthcare is hiring full-time and part-time Food Service Utility team members at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, Alabama. The role maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly while supporting food-service operations. AM and PM shifts are available, days and hours may vary, and rotating weekends are required. The pay range is $14.00 to $15.40 per hour. Requirements
- At least one year of food service utility experience.
- Be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
