Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage staffing levels according to operational needs
  • Coordinate work schedules
  • Coordinate breaks and meal periods
  • Anticipate operational needs
  • Ensure high-quality meal production that meets customer expectations
  • Participate in inventory control and inventory counts
  • Monitor and maintain service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Comply with all safety regulations in place
  • Perform any other related duties as required
