As our Food Services Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in both daily operations and student development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of food service experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong background in cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Experience in institutional or high-volume settings
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily cafeteria operations in a high-volume environment
  • Supervise, coach, and hold accountable a team of food service staff
  • Oversee food production, quality, and nutrition standards for a high-volume residential program
  • Plan menus, manage inventory, oversee ordering, and control food cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and operational planning
