Food Service Manager 2
About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for a potential sale in the Greater St. Louis Area. This manager will provide hands-on supervision for multi-functional food service areas, ensuring strong client satisfaction, retention, and positive engagement across the account. The role contributes to account revenue and operating profit through the effective implementation of Sodexo programs while executing against Standard Operating Procedures. This manager will also lead the day-to-day execution of menu programs, ensure compliance and safety standards are met, and oversee daily operational deliverables. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Requirements
- Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience
- Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for a high level of customer service
- Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
- Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
