About The Position

The Food Service Lead will be responsible for all tasks and responsibilities relating to the ordering, pricing, labeling, preparation, rotation, presentation and serving of hot and cold food products while following all applicable Brand standards. The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service in a manner which exceeds Company Goals and Expectations of Total Quality Service to our Guests.

Requirements

• Must be available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required by Store Management.
• Must be available to work during peak customer hours.
• Must maintain proper dress code, including name badge, proper attire, apron, hat/visor, gloves, footwear, and jewelry as per Policy or general appearance in violation of company Policy.
• Must display a consistent team-oriented demeanor at all times.
• Must maintain clear channels of communication with Store Management, fellow co-workers, employees and Guests in compliance with Company policies.
• Must consistently wipe down trash receptacles, remove excessive signage from windows, clean windows, keep counter areas neat and orderly, and sweep the lot on a daily basis.
• Must complete all tasks on the shift duty checklist.
• Must ensure the office is neat, clean, organized and all confidential information is secured at all times.
• Must ensure all employees are constantly monitoring the dining area for trash or spills and that trash cans are emptied as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ordering, pricing, labeling, preparation, rotation, presentation and serving of hot and cold food products.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Practicing and enforcing all safety measures.
• Greeting and welcoming each Guest with the proper greeting.
• Acknowledging a Guest leaving the store with an exit statement.
• Maintaining a food service atmosphere consistent with Company Standards for Professionalism, Image and Total Quality Guest Service.
• Maintaining a clean and attractive exterior of the store location.
• Maintaining the interior of the store in a clean and attractive manner daily.
• Ensuring all cleaning/maintenance tasks assigned by Store Management are completed by end of shift.
