About The Position
This position is contingent upon contract award. SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Food Service / Consumables Warehouse Manager to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location.
Requirements
- Active in scope Secret security clearance.
- Must have five (5) years of managerial experience working in a large-scale food service environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a managerial capacity in the Food Service industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ordering food and packing it for shipment and managing food inventory.
- Overall ability, willingness and responsibility for managing the food services.
- Responsible for coordinating wait staff.
- Responsible for and certified in Serve-Safe standards.
- Submit menus for approval, maintaining customer service expectations.
