About The Position

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking initial teams of Grand Opening CREW Members for COTALAND, an amusement park with over 30 attractions. As a Grand Opening CREW Member, you will help shape the operations before the gates open by commissioning rides, preparing kitchens, setting up dining rooms and retail stores, stocking inventory, running practice scenarios, and influencing operational standards. You will also receive training and development in guest experience, training others, and understanding operational support. Once the park opens, you will be part of the crew that helps everyone get ready. As a tipped FOOD SERVICE ATTENDANT, you will work in quick service restaurants and food locations across the park, taking and filling orders, and maintaining clean and guest-ready dining areas.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
