Responsibilities
- Support servers in providing attentive, personalized guest service
- Maintain clean, polished, and properly set dining tables
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while upholding fine dining standards
- Keep service stations stocked, organized, and ready throughout service
- Assist with water service, bread service, and other guest needs as directed
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room
- Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and culinary team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Learn and apply fine dining service standards and hospitality best practices
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleanup duties
