About The Position

The Food Runner/Service Assistant will take care of our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from a warm reception to a fond and memorable farewell. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of food, food presentation, timeliness of orders, and efficiency of service happens seamlessly within the Food & Beverage team. The individual will engage with guests to create a memorable dining experience, collaborate with team members, anticipate guest needs, and address guest feedback.

Requirements

Must be flexible with schedule.
Able to work AM or PM shift as needed.
Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Work with the Food & Beverage team to ensure quality of food, food presentation, timeliness of orders, and efficiency of service.
Resolve any guest issues encountered while working autonomously.
Engage with guests to create a memorable dining experience.
Collaborate with team members on the floor, including bartenders, servers, hostesses, and managers.
Provide support for team members throughout service.
Anticipate guests’ needs and inquire about their experience to ensure satisfaction.
Address guest feedback and lead operations.
