About The Position

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. Requirements

  • Naturally kind, inclusive, forward-thinking, reliable, passionate, and self-aware.
  • Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

  • Having a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices.
  • Observing and anticipating guests’ needs, throughout their meals.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintaining their overall appearance.
  • Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
  • Behaving in a positive, professional manner that reflects our best-in-class hospitality standards.
