Requirements

- Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
Responsibilities
- Having a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices.
- Observing and anticipating guests’ needs, throughout their meals.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintaining their overall appearance. Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
- Behaving in a positive, professional manner that reflects our best-in-class hospitality standards.
