About The Position

This role is responsible for monitoring guest needs, ensuring prompt service, and contributing to a positive dining experience. The Food Server will perform various side tasks, assist with event setup and breakdown, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Upholding company values, standards, and providing excellent guest service are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.
Must be very detailed oriented.
Must project a professional and positive image.
Must have a high level of energy.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, & special events (Banquet) as needed.
Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

Monitor guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled.
Perform all necessary side work, including polishing and rolling silverware, restocking condiments, filling salt and pepper shakers, and cutting lemons.
Work as a team with other servers to provide excellent guest service and ensure smoothly run functions.
Perform bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
Assist with opening and closing functions according to prescribed specifications.
Take and fill all food and drink orders.
Maintain the venue in a clean and neat manner.
Maintain all proper sanitation practices.
Maintain knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
Abide by Freeman Standards.
Know hours of operation and current promotions.
Know food products, food promotions, and food available on buffet stations.
Complete assigned side work duties; use of supplies, cleaning and organizing assigned areas.
Return any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.
