About The Position

As a Food Server at Ilios - Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort, you provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. You welcome guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude, learn menu items and specials, take and enter orders, deliver completed orders promptly, and keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized. You are expected to follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations and uphold Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make each meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
