About The Position

The Bus Person/Food Runner at Ilios - Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort, helps create memorable dining experiences through friendly guest interactions and clean, organized dining areas. The role supports servers, prepares and resets tables, maintains service stations, and transports used tableware to the dishwashing area. Team members are expected to follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations and reflect Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Responsibilities

Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make guests’ experiences special.
Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and transport them to the dishwashing area.
Keep service stations stocked, clean, and ready for service.
Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware.
Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
