This position will assist the food servers with providing an ultimate hospitality experience for guests in the fine dining area by performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY. The position requires promoting and providing excellent guest service experiences, maintaining knowledge of the dining menu and special items, observing guests and anticipating needs, and providing quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service. The role involves marking tables with proper settings, ensuring food items are picked up and served immediately, performing table maintenance and bussing tables, ensuring restaurant cleanliness, and maintaining a professional appearance. Communication should be positive and respectful, with a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. Dependable work attendance is crucial, and other special projects may be assigned.
