About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is seeking qualified applicants for Servers. This role involves demonstrating genuine hospitality, greeting guests, establishing rapport, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Servers will guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food and beverages, take accurate orders, and collaborate with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
- Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience
- Guide Guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and beverages
- Take accurate orders an partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed Guests' expectations
