About The Position

Marcus Theatres is seeking an enthusiastic Food Runner to help provide an excellent guest dining experience in a professional bar and restaurant environment. The Food Runner supports staff and helps improve the customer dining experience by relaying information among management, kitchen staff, servers, and customers. During busy periods, the role assists servers with tasks needed to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The position is part-time (PT).

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the station at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Assist with special guest requests to support guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen associates to support guest satisfaction.
• Serve food to tables when needed.
• Assist with bussing duties when needed.
• Remove dirty dishes from kitchen and/or server areas.
• Maintain the standard of plate presentation.
• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
