About The Position

Marcus Theatres is seeking an enthusiastic Food Runner to help provide an excellent guest dining experience at one of its food and beverage locations. The Food Runner supports staff and helps improve the dining experience by relaying important information among management, kitchen staff, servers, and customers. During busy periods, the Food Runner assists servers with tasks needed to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the station at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Assist with special guest requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen associates to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Serve food to tables when needed.
• Assist with bussing duties when needed.
• Remove dirty dishes from kitchen and/or server areas.
• Maintain the standard of plate presentation.
• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
