About The Position
The Food Runner partners with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a well-timed, beautifully presented, high-quality dining experience. The role supports the Guest’s experience by ensuring orders are prepared and delivered accurately and by assisting servers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Track cooking times on all orders and check finished food for proper doneness, appearance, and plate presentation.
- Deliver food to the correct table and ensure each Guest receives the items they ordered.
- Support servers as needed to optimize the Guest’s dining experience.
- Prioritize the Guest experience and demonstrate a Guest-first mindset.
