About The Position

Gunstock Mountain Resort is hiring a Food Runner for its Barrel Bar and Grill or Powder Keg. This winter-season role supports bartenders and servers by helping ensure guests receive freshly prepared meals promptly and accurately. The Food Runner coordinates with kitchen staff, checks plates before delivery, communicates with the team to prioritize orders, and keeps the food expediting area clean and organized. The role also includes restocking supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to support timely food preparation.
• Inspect plates for accuracy before delivering them to guests.
• Communicate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers to prioritize food orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food expediting area.
• Restock supplies as needed.
