Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- Requires a minimum of 1 year previous work experience as food runner in a casual/fine-dining restaurant.
- Candidates must exhibit food & basic service knowledge including steps of service.
- Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and carrying trays
- Organizing plates and expo station
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guest
- Explaining food items to the guest
- Assisting Expeditor and Food Server
- Completing side work
- Maintaining health code standards
- Providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards
