Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to enthusiastic people who believe great food should be paired with great hospitality and who use their personality to connect with Guests and colleagues. Chili's primarily hires food runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. Chili's is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Its service and hospitality legacy is focused on delivering a great experience to every Guest, every day. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
