About The Position

Chili’s bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere through hospitality and service. The role is focused on providing Guests with an enjoyable bar experience, helping them feel welcome, and supporting a safe, clean environment. Bartenders are expected to remain visible and assist Guests and Team Members while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for this position in the locality.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.
