About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; dispose of trash; and work with management to address maintenance needs. They follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and help ensure cleaning supplies are available. No experience is necessary. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented culture.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following guidelines and procedures for their use, storage, and disposal.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
