About The Position

This is a part-time, casual dining food runner position. The role involves delivering food to guests, assisting servers, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Requirements

• Basic reading, communication, and math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and apply basic problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and responsiveness
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform physically active tasks

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables
• Greet guests warmly and maintain positive, professional interactions
• Assist servers and bus staff by clearing dishes and refilling beverages
• Communicate guest requests or needs to the appropriate server
• Work collaboratively with front- and back-of-house staff to maintain smooth service operations
• Provide courteous, professional service that meets established guest service standards
• Uphold a clean, professional appearance and work environment
