Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Responsibilities
- Carry bus tubs to the kitchen.
- Sweep floors.
- Prepare written requisitions and order kitchen stock.
- Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons, such as napkins, flatware, and condiments.
- Carry bus tubs (approximately 40 pounds maximum weight).
- Sweep floors and push cart through the restaurant.
- Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons, including napkins, silverware, and condiments.
