About The Position

Bring your passion for hospitality to The Barnett, proudly managed by HRI Hospitality. This role involves delivering food orders to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally, ensuring dishes are delivered at the correct temperature and presentation. The position requires communication with kitchen staff and servers to maintain a smooth service flow, assisting servers by clearing plates, refilling beverages, and resetting tables. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the expo line, service stations, and dining areas is crucial. The role may also involve preparing garnishes, sauces, or condiments for service, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting with opening, running, and closing side duties. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced dining environment a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently during high-volume service periods.
  • Ability to carry trays and deliver food safely and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30–40 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
