The position requires communication with kitchen staff and servers to maintain a smooth service flow, assisting servers by clearing plates, refilling beverages, and resetting tables. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the expo line, service stations, and dining areas is crucial. The role may also involve preparing garnishes, sauces, or condiments for service, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting with opening, running, and closing side duties. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
